Authors interested in presenting at the conference are asked to send application containing the paper title to progress@spp.pl before March 31st, 2025.

XXI International Papermaking Conference & Exhibition PROGRESS 2025 will be focused on:

bioeconomy, circular economy, ecodesign and resource efficiency,
factors shaping development of paper industry – globalization, environmental & climate protection, information and communication technologies,
energy efficiency,
new technologies, innovations and trends in pulp, paper and board manufacture,
raw materials and auxiliaries – wood, non-wood materials, paper for recycling, fillers, pigments, adhesives, etc.
machines and equipment,
new technologies and machines for corrugated board and packaging,
quality of paper and paper products.

Conference fee:

EARLY BIRD CONFERENCE FEE

PLN 3600 zł (Net fee)

The conference fee paid after 30th August 2025 will be increased by 20%.

Conference fee includes:

copy of all conference documentation
participation in conference sessions
lunches & refreshments
welcome cocktail, gala dinner and farewell dinner
admission to the exhibition.

Conference fee doesn't include:

accomodation - participants should make their own reservations
transport

Reservation in Andel's Hotel: Andel's Hotel offers room at special pricing by using password "PROGRESS 25":

Single room at fixed price PLN 500/day - until June 23rd 2025 r.
Twin room at fixed price PLN 580/day - until June 23rd 2025 r.
Price of the day -15%. - from June 24th until September 9th 2025 r.
After September 9th regular pricing applies

The conference will be accompanied by:

the poster session presenting the latest research works
the technical exhibition which will attract manufacturers and suppliers of machines, equipment, testing instruments, electronic systems as well as raw materials and chemical aids.
